Flexible space.

The target achievement for the spec fitout at 117 was to create more interest to a space that lay dormant for almost 2 years. 

The spec fitout was designed to suit a particular budget, as well as to suit and hero the finishes of the current base building shell.

The layout was adaptable, with 20% of the fitout left free for flexibility for clients to add in what was specifically required as part of their scope, and reducing the costs of removing anything that they did not require.

The look at feel was modern, and with the use of as much glass as possible to help the flow of natural light.

The timber feature fins on the boardroom front was to help draw the attention of potential tenants right from the lifts.
